A standout in the Indian Ocean, Vatel Mauritius is dedicated to training the next generation of hospitality leaders. Based in Quatre Bornes, the school welcomes around 80 students each year and focuses exclusively on hospitality management. Now part of the Hosco network, its students are ready to connect with global employers.

With a focus on culinary arts and pastry, this hands-on training center prepares approximately 90 students annually. Their creations—and their profiles—are now just a few clicks away on Hosco.
