Jobs are visible on Hosco for 30 days, accessible to candidates in the job directory, and sent to them via job alerts when relevant to them.
You can post a job directly from the home page, or by going to the Jobs Section.

To make it easier for a prospective candidate to understand, be as specific and descriptive as you can.
In the second section, we go over the qualifications a candidate needs to be successful in this position. Hosco, being a smart platform, will pre-screen the applicants for you. You can specify the necessary qualifications for this particular position by checking the appropriate boxes.
The third section discusses the advantages. What benefits can one expect if they work for your business?

Last but not least, we have the settings of the job offer itself. Here is where you will decide the job offer visibility (Prime, Lite, or visible on a school platform), and application method.
A Prime Job will be organically distributed, and, on top of that, it will potentially have an optional promotion on partner websites. We suggest using those for vacancies that need extra care.
A Lite Job will have a standard position on Hosco's Job Directory.
Prime Jobs are limited, while Lite Jobs are unlimited.
⚠️Be careful! You can switch a Lite Job into a Prime one, but not vice versa.
More than that, here you will be able to facilitate your direct contact with the candidates, in case they want to reach you via email or phone number.
TIP 💡Do not undervalue the significance of including a salary range because it will increase the visibility of your offer in the eyes of our algorithm.
