Candidates have two options to apply for a job offer on Hosco: either directly through the platform or via the Company website. To facilitate this, simply modify the application method section in your job creation settings.
If you opt for the company website option, remember to check first that the link is valid!
Based on the selected application method, candidates will be presented with two distinct "Apply" button options.
If Hosco is the chosen Application Method, candidates will see an "Easy Apply" button. If this option is selected, all the candidates' information will be visible directly on Hosco under the "Candidates" section.
If an External Website (Job URL in your career page) is the chosen Application Method, candidates will see an "Apply on Company Website" button.
However, you will still be able to see who has shown interest in the candidate management section on Hosco, but our users will be automatically redirected to your website in order to submit the applications.
To easily receive notifications on a different email, create a new Hosco account using the email address where you want to receive the notifications.
Once you've done that, you need to ask your account manager to include this email in your profile.
After this process, everytime that you publish a new offer, you'll just need to change in the last section of the creation process the email address where you want to receive the notifications
