To enhance your experience on the platform, we have implemented features that allow you to save your search criteria for future use and receive email alerts for new profiles that match your preferences.
To save your search settings, simply click on "Search Settings" and then "Save this Search." This will enable you to quickly apply the same filters again in the future without having to manually set them up every time. Furthermore, you will receive alerts in your mailbox whenever new profiles that match your saved search criteria become available.
To conveniently access and sort through profiles you have previously viewed, you can utilize the tagging functionality on Hosco. By selecting a group of candidates you wish to save, you can click on "Apply Tag" to assign a tag to them. Tags can be any keyword of your choice. When you want to find these tagged profiles again, simply click on "Search Settings" and then "My Tags." This will display all profiles associated with the specific tags you have assigned.
Tags serve as a helpful way to categorize and filter profiles based on your preferences, making it easier to navigate through the member's page and find relevant candidates.
TIP 💡Use tags to save in folders different categories of candidates, for example, “to contact - waiters/waitresses”
As you review the profiles, you'll notice that each person has an icon alongside their names: an intense green or a light green dot.
The green dot indicates the member's most recent login, which is a crucial factor in determining their activity level on the platform.
This information is particularly valuable for identifying individuals who are actively seeking job opportunities and are likely to promptly respond to emails or phone calls. Additionally, you have the option to enable the "Active job seekers only" filter, which will refine your search results to display profiles of individuals currently seeking employment .
