Integrate my ATS with Hosco 

If you manage your vacancies in an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Hosco can connect directly to it so your job postings are pushed to Hosco automatically — no manual re-entry needed.

We integrate with many of the leading ATS solutions on the market, including Harri, SmartRecruiters, SuccessFactors, Oracle, and others. Depending on your ATS and your Hosco subscription, you may be eligible for a full integration:

  • Jobs you post in your ATS are automatically published on Hosco.
  • Applications submitted by candidates on Hosco arrive back in your ATS automatically — no separate portal to check.
How it works
  1. Contact your Hosco Account Manager or email industryrelations@hosco.com to check whether your ATS is eligible.
  2. Our integrations team confirms compatibility and sets up the connection.
  3. Once activated, keep posting jobs as normal in your ATS — they'll appear on Hosco automatically, and applications flow back into your ATS.
Good to know
  • Eligibility depends on your ATS provider and your Hosco subscription plan.
  • Not every ATS supports the full two-way flow described above — in some cases, jobs post automatically but candidates apply directly on Hosco instead of through your ATS. Your Account Manager can confirm which applies to your setup.
  • Setting up a new integration typically takes up to two weeks.
