There are different ways to post a job offer on Hosco:
- Manual Posting: This method involves manually entering the job details and requirements directly into the Hosco platform. You fill out the necessary information, such as job title, description, qualifications, and location, to create a job posting.
- Using an XML/Json Feed: With this approach, you can integrate your company's job feed with Hosco. The feed automatically populates all of your job postings on Hosco based on the information provided in the feed. It eliminates the need for manual entry and ensures that job postings stay up-to-date.
- Using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System): If your company utilizes an ATS, you can connect it to Hosco. By integrating the ATS with Hosco, you can seamlessly transfer job postings from your ATS to the Hosco platform. This streamlines the process and ensures consistency between the platforms.
When it comes to integrating an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with Hosco, there are three main approaches: 1-way integration, 2-way integration, and XML/Crawl integration. The following options are compatible with Hosco, but if you have a different ATS, don't worry, ask your Account Manager, and they will inform you if integration is possible and provide further guidance.
