Notes/Messages/Attached file

On Hosco, you have the option to add notes, send messages, and see attached files related to a candidate.

Notes: You can create and add notes to keep track of important information about a candidate or job. These notes can include details about an interview, specific skills, or any other relevant information that you want to remember or share with your team. The information is private and only visible to you.

Messages: The message feature allows you to see if the candidate has written a message for you regarding their application. Remember that they can also send you a spontaneous message in your Hosco inbox.

Attached Files: When you need to see documents or files related to a candidate, you can see them attached to the application. This could include CVs, cover letters, reference letters, or any other relevant documents.
