You can do different things once you have published a job offer on your Hosco page.
First, you can edit it: In order to edit a job offer that is currently active on your page, you will just need to click on ''manage posting'' and then on ''edit job offer''.
Once you've done this, you will just need to make your changes and publish the offer!
Don’t worry, this won’t make you lose a credit.
You have already found the perfect candidate, and you do not wish to receive any more applications?
You can close the job offer. You can close your jobs by selecting "Close job offer." By doing so, all applicants to this offer will automatically be informed that the vacancy has been closed.
You won’t lose the history of past candidates, in case someone else is interesting for future roles.
You can even delete your job offer, but be careful, because you will lose the history of the applicants, and it will no longer be accessible by anyone, including yourself.
You can duplicate the offer as well. Go to ''manage posting'' and ''duplicate offer''.
This is very useful in case you need to reopen a job after some time, no matter if it has expired or not. You can also use this technique if you wish to publish a specific offer on a school platform.
Once done, you'll just have to publish the job posting from the draft, so that it can be active on the platform.
This is helpful as well for offers that have expired and that you want to publish again.
